Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

We make every effort to ensure how product descriptions are accurate, and that includes details on our sizing. If you are unsure what size to get your bub, then we recommend you size up, this will also allow your little one to continue to wear our beautiful swimsuit for longer (bonus). We do, however, offer a change of mind option that will be in the form of a store credit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hugobearswimwear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please be aware there are no returns on sale items unless they are faulty.
